When we first opened it was really a struggle to get known and get established and get people in the neighborhood coming to our restaurant. Another store on We Trade is just two blocks away and they called us around Christmas Time and they wanted thirty $30 Gift Certificates, which was really scary because that’s a lot of food going out the door and without the cash coming in, especially when you’re first starting out.
So I sort of swallowed hard and said a prayer and did it. That was thirty people right in our price range and the demographic we were looking for, who really started coming to our restaurant. Now when I walk into that store people there call me by name, they know who I am. The new employees that they hire come over to our store because they hear about it from other people at work. So, I think it really helped build our business.
A lot of places will use the We Trade and they use it as incentives for their employees. Their employees start coming to us, they like our product and employees move around. They go to different employment situations. They’re still coming to us. Then the new employees come in and they try us because of the We Trade. Taco Sano Restaurants
