Local We Trade members - Advance Notice: 3 business days - Response Time: 24-48 hours Other US Locations - Advance Notice: 1 week - Response Time: 72 hours International- Advance Notice: 2 weeks - Response Time: 1 week If requests are not received within the required Advance Notice, these requests will take lower priority. By filling out this form, you are not committed to booking with us. Once you are confirmed, please remember that your reservation is non-refundable. Changes may not be available. Reservations are not guaranteed. Until you receive a confirmation email from us, the reservation is not final. Please do not buy non-cancelable airfare until you receive the confirmation email. Your We Trade account must be in good standing and have sufficient funds for us to process the travel request. Please ensure that your fees are paid and your account has proper funds before requesting travel.
